Turgolabs LLC (“Turgolabs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website at www.turgolabs.com and our mobile applications, including apps that display ads through Google AdMob and process subscriptions through RevenueCat.

2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- The Turgolabs website
- Our mobile apps published on the Apple App Store and Google Play, including Umbra and other Turgolabs titles
- In-app purchases and subscriptions managed through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat
Some products (such as NowPaid or BuildQuote) may have additional privacy notices on their own websites. Where a product-specific policy exists, it supplements this policy for that product.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
Information you provide
- Contact details when you email us or request support (such as your name and email address)
- Messages and feedback you send through support channels
- Account or profile information if you create an account in one of our apps or web products
Subscription and purchase information
When you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card number. Through RevenueCat, our subscription management provider, we may receive:
- Subscription status (active, expired, cancelled, or in trial)
- Product or plan purchased (for example, Umbra Eternal)
- Purchase and renewal dates
- An anonymous app user identifier linked to your subscription
- Store receipt or transaction identifiers needed to validate purchases and restore access across devices
Advertising data (AdMob)
Some of our free apps display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect or receive information to serve and measure ads, such as:
- Device advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android)
- IP address (which may be used to infer general location)
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Ad interactions (impressions, clicks, and conversions)
- Approximate location and demographic or interest data, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law
If you purchase a premium or ad-free subscription (such as Umbra Eternal), interstitial ads are removed for the subscribed account.
Automatically collected information
- App usage data (screens viewed, session length, and feature interactions)
- Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
- Basic website analytics (pages visited, browser type, and referring URL)
- High scores, gameplay progress, and in-app settings stored on your device or synced to our servers where applicable
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our apps and website
- Process and validate subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Restore purchases when you reinstall an app or switch devices
- Display ads in free versions of our apps
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you
- Monitor crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to paid features
5. Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers to operate our products. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:
- RevenueCat — subscription management, purchase validation, and entitlement status. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob — advertising in supported apps. Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses data in advertising
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing for subscriptions and in-app purchases
- Firebase / Google Cloud — hosting, analytics, or infrastructure for our website and apps where applicable
We do not sell your personal information. AdMob may use data to personalize ads according to your device settings and applicable law.
6. Advertising choices
You can limit ad tracking through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track”) or Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
You can also reset your advertising identifier in your device settings. Choosing not to allow tracking may result in less relevant ads, but ads may still appear in free versions of our apps.
7. Subscription choices
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple or Google account. To cancel, change, or request a refund:
- iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Deleting an app does not automatically cancel your subscription. Purchase restoration is available inside supported apps for subscribers who reinstall or switch devices.
8. Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Subscription records may be kept for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period for billing, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes.
9. Data sharing
We may share information:
- With service providers such as RevenueCat, AdMob, and cloud hosting partners who assist in operating our apps
- With Apple or Google to process purchases and subscription events
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of Turgolabs, our users, or the public
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law
